An Office Boy should handle routine office duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include cleaning, photocopying, filing, and distributing mail, as well as running errands and helping with meeting preparations.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Cleanliness and Organization: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning common areas, restrooms, and pantries.
• Refreshments and Hospitality: Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Errand Running: Running errands both inside and outside the office, purchasing supplies.
• Meeting Preparation: Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring necessary materials are available.
• Supply Management: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, kitchen supplies, and toiletries.
• Basic Maintenance: Coordinating minor repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
