Inbound Sales Agent

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Inbound Sales Agent for a UK-based employer, working fully remotely from South Africa. You will speak with customers who are already interested, answer their questions, and help them choose the right product or service. This is a great fit for someone warm, confident on the phone, and motivated by helping people make a decision.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from interested customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable options
• Guide customers through signing up or placing an order
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM after every conversation
• Follow up on warm leads to close enquiries
• Hit agreed targets while keeping service friendly and honest

What you'll need

• Experience with sales, customer service or call centre work
• Confidence and warmth on the phone
• Familiarity with using a CRM or similar system
• Clear, friendly spoken and written English
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace

• Salary of R13,000-R16,000 per month, paid in ZARA fully remote role — work from anywhere in South Africa
• Standard hours of 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)
