Role Summary
The Cold Caller is responsible for proactively contacting prospective customers to introduce the company’s products or services, generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or sales opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.* Introduce products and services in a professional and engaging manner.* Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.* Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives.* Accurately capture and update customer information in the CRM system.* Follow up with prospects and nurture leads where required.* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.* Handle objections professionally and effectively.* Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation preferred.* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.* Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset.* Strong listening and objection-handling abilities.* Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
