About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support both our customers and the Customer Service team. This role plays a crucial part in streamlining operations by managing essential customer service processes, allowing our team to focus on sales and high-priority customer interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Phone, Chat, & Email Support: Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding item pricing, availability, and quotes.
- Order Processing Support: Send order receipts and tracking numbers to customers.
- Customer Account Management & Clean-Up: Identify and merge duplicate customer accounts to maintain accurate records.
- Tax Exemptions: Process and verify tax exemption requests for customers.
- Vendor Portal Research: Update weights and details for non-inventory items using vendor portals.
- Customer After-Sales Support: Manage various post-sale touchpoints to enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Service Team Assistance: Support with quotes, product research, vendor outreach, and miscellaneous projects, as needed.

Skills
- Available to work 11am-2pm Eastern (we're located in Florida)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with or willing to learn tools like Gorgias, NetSuite, and Big
- Commerce.
