At Job Duck, we are looking for a personable and composed Receptionist / Customer Service Representative who excels at being the first point of contact for a wide range of clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will manage high volumes of inbound inquiries, ensuring every caller receives clear, accurate, and professional assistance.
You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by addressing concerns, guiding conversations, and directing inquiries efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently, and naturally builds trust with individuals in sensitive or high-stress situations.
Your ability to remain empathetic, solution-oriented, and organized will directly impact both customer satisfaction and operational success.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)
