Job Description

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting life insurance leads via phone and setting appointments for the client and their agents to close. This role requires efficient handling of lead packs to maximize the number of appointments set while maintaining a professional and friendly tone during all customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will track calls and appointments accurately and collaborate with the client to improve appointment-setting scripts and techniques over time.

Responsibilities of the role

• Contact life insurance leads via phone.
• Set appointments for the client and their agents to close.
• Work through lead packs efficiently to maximize the number of appointments set.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone during all customer interactions.
• Track calls and appointments accurately.
• Collaborate with the client to improve appointment-setting scripts and techniques over time.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent, fluent English (native or near-native level).
• Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong phone communication skills.
