Callington Middle East - JAFZAWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support with 5–7 years of professional experience to support our sales operations and customer service activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in order processing, customer relationship management, sales coordination, and proficiency in SAP. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job ScopeSales SupportAssist the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and follow-up activities.
Support customer account managementCoordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Track sales performance and support achievement of departmental targetsCustomer ServiceServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and timely communication.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentationSAP Business One AdministrationCreate and manage sales quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and customer master data in SAP.Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure data integrity within SAP B1.
Generate operational and sales reports using SAP Business One.
Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill customer orders.
Support process improvements and system optimization initiativesAdministrative SupportPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain organized filing systems for customer and sales records.
Support management with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience5–7 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, or related B2B industries is a bonus.
Skills &
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
