HR Operations & Administration Specialist

We're looking for an experienced HR Operations & Administration Specialist who loves creating structure, thrives on solving problems, and has the confidence to own HR operations administration from end to end. About the Role

You will become the operational administration backbone of our HR team, supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle while ensuring our people, systems and processes run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning HR administration, documentation and employee records
• Becoming our Workday HRIS expert, Recruiting, Business Processes, Reporting and more
• Supporting UAE visa, immigration, Emirates ID and medical insurance administration
• Building dashboards, reports and trackers that drive better decisions
• Coordinating employee engagement initiatives that create memorable experiences
• Identifying smarter ways of working through continuous process improvement

Qualifications Are Required

• 3–5 years' experience in HR Operations and Administration
• Advanced hands-on experience with Workday HRIS (essential)
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules including Recruiting and Business Processes
• Excellent understanding of UAE Labour Law and UAE visa and immigration processes
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• UAE driving license and own vehicle
• A friendly, approachable and highly professional HR style - you build trust through warmth, empathy and credibility, balancing expert HR knowledge with genuine care for people.
• You know when to lead with your expertise and when to lead with your heart, creating an employee experience that is both supportive and professional.
