Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner and assist in managing end-to-end HR operations across multiple venues. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to support employee lifecycle activities efficiently.
Experience or knowledge of UAE visa processing is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience in handling Excel sheets is preferred.
Prior experience using payroll systems is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
