Human Resource Recruiter

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and social media platforms. Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior recruitment experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai.
