HR Executive cum PRO - Tamil

The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

Should have at least 3 years' work experience in HR Assistant / PRO role in the UAE.

Job Purpose and requirements

PRO Activities

• To coordinate with Sr. PRO for Visa and related document processing.
• Government Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities, ministries, and municipalities.
• Compliance & Documentation: Process and renew trade licenses, labor permits, and immigration/residency visas.

HR Activities

• To manage employee daily attendance.
• To manage employees' insurance and claims in coordination with the insurance companies and hospital/clinic.
• To keep up-to-date employees' data in HRIS (OASYS system).
• To manage tickets and hotel reservations for employees and guests in coordination with travel agents and direct.
• Must have excellent command over ms office excel sheet - vlookups and pivot tables

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
