PRO & HR Assistance - Apply

DUBIMED is a leading medical and aesthetic supplies company committed to excellence in healthcare. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PRO & HR Assistant to join our team and support both HR operations and government relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee visas, work permits, and government approvals
• Handle legal documents, trade license renewals, and regulatory compliance
• Track government transactions and document expiries
• Represent the company in government visits and official correspondence
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
• Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, employment letters)
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR trackers
• Coordinate with medical insurance providers and assist recruitment logistics

Requirements

• Experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor law, visa procedures, and government portals
• Bilingual: Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Valid UAE Driving License
