We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment and admissions operations. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, driving enrollment and revenue targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and enrolled students.
Oversee the complete admissions cycle, from inquiry to enrollment.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to improve performance and conversions.
Monitor lead management and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students on programs and career pathways.
Analyze CRM data to track performance and optimize processes.
Collaborate with academic and support teams for smooth student onboarding.
Participate in events, fairs, and promotional activities to drive student recruitment.
Prepare regular reports on admissions performance and pipeline status.
Minimum 6+ years of UAE experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales.
Proven experience in managing or supervising a team.
Strong understanding of the UAE education market.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver results.
Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.
