Explore Education is UAE's leading KHDA approved Education institute located in Oud Metha Dubai. We are looking for a student Admission Officer and Fee collection Co-ordinator who is highly energetic, passionate, and who is a go-getter personality.
The responsibilities would be
- Coordinate and follow up on student fee payments and outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of admissions and fee collection
- Liaise with students and parents regarding payment schedules and plans
- Generate invoices, receipts, fee statements, and payment reminders
- Assist prospective students with admission enquiries and application procedures
- Coordinate with the finance and academic teams for smooth operations
- Reconcile student accounts and resolve payment-related issues
- Follow up with prospective students to support enrollment conversion
- Prepare regular fee collection reports for management
- Make Inbound and Outbound calls to students, parents & professionals.
- Educate students/parents/professionals about our courses and workshops.
- Schedule meetings & counseling’s regularly with advisees.
- Generate referrals.
- Generate leads from various social media platforms.
- Assist students in course registration.
- Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Maintain sales pipeline & discuss the progress with Center Manager
- Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Experience
- Tele Caller: 1 Year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1- 2 Year (Required)
- Collections: 1 Year(Required)
