Admission Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Admissions Counsellor to join our Dubai team. This is a hardcore telesales and online-meeting-focused role — you will be the first point of contact for prospective students (medical professionals and doctors) and will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrolments through persuasive consultation, structured follow-ups, and virtual deal-closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Telesales & Outreach
• Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads — doctors, surgeons, and medical professionals — to introduce and promote Medicity's training programmes.
• Conduct structured discovery calls to understand each prospect's clinical background, learning goals, and eligibility.
• Follow up persistently and professionally with warm leads across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, email). Essential
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or admissions counselling — preferably in healthcare, medical education, or EdTech.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales over phone and video calls in a target-driven environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable managing a high call volume daily and handling objections confidently.
• Experience using a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Prior exposure to the medical or healthcare training industry.

Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or any other language is a strong advantage.

Experience working with international clients or a multicultural audience.
