About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Property Advisor
• UAE National to join our team.
• As a Senior Property Advisor
• UAE National at Noorzad Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Maintain and update property listings with accurate information.
• Stay informed about real estate trends and pricing.
• Proven Sales experience and negotiation capabilities in a target-driven environment.
• Guide clients through legal and financial documentation processes.
• Ability to network and build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

• Must be UAE national with family book.
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, driven by performance and targets.
