Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team. This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about real estate, confident in client engagement, and have a proven ability to close high-value deals in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Source, market, and manage residential and commercial property listings
• Conduct property consultations, presentations, and viewings
• Provide clients with market insights and investment advisory support
• Negotiate and successfully close property transactions
• Manage end-to-end deal coordination and documentation
• Deliver high-quality service to encourage repeat and referral business

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)
• Proven track record in sales performance and deal closures
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional approach
