Team Supervisor

As a Team Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our restaurant by overseeing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our team adheres to company standards in product preparation and customer service, while also promoting an engaging and efficient work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the hourly team members during shifts, guaranteeing adherence to standard procedures and maintaining high service quality.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to execute operational plans and optimize crew member assignments for effective service delivery.
• Ensure that team members follow quality standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations to provide a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and restrooms as per GM's procedures.
• Provide on-the-spot guidance and support to team members, assisting with decision-making and conflict resolution to promote a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Actively engage with guests, addressing inquiries and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Deliver fast, accurate service, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and consistent product quality in line with company standards.
• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations in the GM's absence, including supervising and training employees, managing store openings and closings, ensuring food preparation completeness, directing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.
• Ensure the restaurant meets company standards for cleanliness, organization, and accessibility for customers.
