Job Description
Our innovative and growing company is seeking a Marketing CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring high-quality execution and performance-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, review, and execute campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and report insights to the CRM Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing (e.g., subject lines, templates, open rates, click-through rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Create and optimize HTML for campaigns, ensuring responsiveness across devices (iOS, Android, and desktop).
- Maintain organized campaign data and documentation, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Build, manage, and optimize customer journeys and lifecycle architecture within the CRM platform.
- Ensure all communications adhere to industry standards, compliance policies, and best practices.

Skills
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience managing CRM platforms and campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Excel (mandatory); graphic design skills are a plus.
- Experience in building and managing customer journeys and CRM architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and generate insights.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and campaign management tools such as Braze, Mailchimp, or IBM Silverpop.
- Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
