The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast-growing marketing function across Central Asia, with a primary focus on Azerbaijan and additional responsibility for Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, and Armenia. The main responsibilities of the position include:

Define and create country-specific marketing strategiesDevelop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across Central Asia, with a primary focus on the Azerbaijan marketLaunch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIsAssist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market researchduring new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.

• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
• Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and otherregional teams as necessary
• Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects
• Stay on top of current trends and best practices
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Marketing Manager
• Main requirements:
• Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Native Azeri speaker and very good knowledge English
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
• Strong digital marketing skills
• Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and ability to multitask
