The Role
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to take end-to-end ownership of brand and campaign work across the UAE, KSA and USA. KSA is your primary market — you lead it. UAE and USA you contribute to as part of a tight head-office team.
This is a senior individual-contributor role. You won't be running through someone else's checklist. You'll be sequencing the work, making the next two or three decisions inside the brief, and reporting back on where it landed. We're looking for the person who brings the structure that makes a multi-market brand run cleanly.
You'll report directly to the Director and work alongside our Marketing Specialist, who leads social and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on planning and rollout end-to-end, from brief to launch to post-analysis
- Own KSA as the primary market, strategy, partnerships, on-the-ground activations
- Brief and hold agency and digital performance partners to account - read the numbers, act on them
- Drive CRM and retention, email programmes, loyalty, customer journeys
- Set content and brand direction so every piece of work feels like Chaps & CoCoordinate cross-market alignment with UAE and USAReport on performance honestly, what worked, what didn't, what's next
- Skills & Experience4+ years in marketing — retail, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium consumer.
- Franchising is a strong plus
- Structured thinker who frames the question, names the hypothesis, and reads the result honestly
- Strong organisational discipline, work lives in shared systems, deadlines are owned, files are clean
- Strong writer and verbal communicator, can write a brief, run a meeting, and direct a creative team without ambiguity
- Comfortable across traditional, digital, CRM, content and performance marketing
- AI tools used as drafting support, not as a substitute for your own thinking
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic a strong plus given the KSA remit
- Receptive to feedback and able to act on it, direct conversations are part of the job
