About the Role
We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient Commercial/Residential Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Dubai. You’ll work on a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial properties, including apartments, villas, townhouses, offices, retail, and warehouses, with access to exclusive listings and internal developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, list, and manage residential and commercial properties including apartments, villas,
- warehouses, offices, retail, and industrial spaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, and corporate clients.
- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities based on current data and trends.
- Conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and manage end-to-end lease or sale processes.
- Collaborate with the listings and marketing team to ensure high-quality exposure for all residential and commercial listings.
- Maintain accurate records through CRM tools and report regularly on pipeline and deal status.
- Stay updated on UAE commercial property laws, regulations, and zoning developments.
- Represent Worldfield professionally in meetings, events, and when engaging with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential, commercial or industrial Dubai real estate (sales or leasing)
- Proven and verifiable track record of successful property transactions
- Currently based in the UAE Fluent in English; other languages are a strong plus
- Valid UAE driving license and own car Confident, self-sufficient, and highly motivated
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Professional, client-focused, and organized
