About the Role

BAGGU is looking for a Store Associate to join our team in San Francisco.

Our Store Associates are the heart of our in-store experience and the first point of connection with our customers. You’ll create a delightful and welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful and on-brand.

Our dream candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about BAGGU, outgoing, communicative, organized, adaptable, and likes working on a team. This position is 2-4 days a week. Must be available weekends and have a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customers have a delightful experience via exceptional customer service.
• Processing customer transactions
• Keeping the store sanitary, neat, stocked, and organized.
• Receiving in weekly & seasonal launch shipments.
• Assisting with inventory
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and use a ladder
