Trade Operations Executive Al Amanat Industrial Supply (FZE) Dubai / Sharjah, UAE Salary: Up to AED 8,000/monthAl Amanat Industrial Supply (FZE) is looking for a Trade Operations Executive to support the daily operations of our spare parts trading business serving the industrial, mining, and construction equipment sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, fast, precise, and comfortable handling trade administration from customer request to supplier order, shipment follow-up, and accounting entry.

What You Will Do

• Receive and process customer requests
• Send inquiries to suppliers and obtain quotations
• Compare offers, place orders, and follow up on execution
• Prepare invoices, specifications, and related trade documents
• Track transportation, shipments, and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and Excel trackers
• Enter accounting information into Zoho Accounting
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners in English

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• Good understanding of trade operations, including invoices, specifications, and payments
• Basic knowledge of logistics, Incoterms, transport documents, and customs documentation
• Strong English communication skills
• Russian and German are a plus
• Highly diligent, accurate with numbers, and able to work fast with minimal errors
