We are looking for a Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Dubai.
This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to grow in social media content creation, especially across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
The Junior Social Media Content Creator will support the planning, creation, editing, and publishing of content across our social media channels. The role will involve assisting with short-form videos, basic graphics, captions, content scheduling, and community engagement.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, and wants hands-on experience in real estate, property, and investment-related content.
- What You’ll DoAssist in creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedInEdit simple video content using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
- Support the creation of captions, hooks, thumbnails, and basic graphic overlays
- Help manage and maintain company social media profiles
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Assist with on-location content shoots, including property walkthroughs, agent interviews, and market updates
- Help organize footage, content assets, and social media files
- Support the content calendar in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams
- Monitor social media trends, competitor content, and popular formats
- Respond to basic audience interactions and escalate important messages when required
- Track simple performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and follower growth
Qualifications
- Basic experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content formats
- Interest in social media trends, short-form video, captions, hooks, and visual storytelling
- Basic design or graphic editing skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple content tasks with guidance
- Good written communication skills
- Real estate or property content experience is a plus, but not required
- A small portfolio or examples of previous content work is preferred
