Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Social Media Content Creator will develop, plan, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Daily responsibilities include creating short-form videos and graphics, writing compelling captions, and adapting complex real estate and investment concepts into accessible, audience-focused content.

The role involves managing content calendars, monitoring trends and competitors, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The individual will also respond to audience interactions, collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and report on key performance metrics to refine content strategy.

What you'll do

• Edit short and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedInManage and maintain all company social media profiles - scheduling, posting, and community engagement
• Shoot on-location content where required - property walkthroughs, agent interviews, market updates
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar in collaboration with the sales team
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on data
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts and apply them quickly.

Qualifications

• Proficient in editing software
• Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
• Strong eye for pacing, captions, hooks, and visual storytelling
• Experience growing or managing brand social accounts — not just personal ones
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple content pieces in production at once
• Real estate or property content experience is a plus, not a requirement
• A portfolio that demonstrates range - short-form reels, long-form edits, and graphic overlays
