We are currently seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Shift Manager, you will be entrusted with managing the operational efficiency and performance of the restaurant during your assigned shifts. This pivotal role requires you to create employee schedules, supervise and train staff, and assign duties strategically to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Shift Manager will act as a leader who inspires and motivates the team, ensuring that customer service is consistently exceptional and that all health and safety standards are strictly followed.

• Previous food service experience
