Direct, organize, govern, and supervise the activities of the Front Desk employees working overnight to ensure guest satisfaction. Employ, train, appraise, lead, energize, and guide all Front Desk staff to adhere to established cultural and core standards. You will be responsible for strategic planning for the long-term operation of the outlet.
Ideally, you will have an academic background in hotel/restaurant management, along with two to three years of prior experience in a Rooms line, supervisory, or assistant manager position.
Fluency in English and holding valid work authorization in the U.S. are mandatory qualifications for the prospective candidate.
