Government Exposure: Previous experience in handling e-Governance projects or working with state/central government departments is highly preferred.3+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT fields.
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma, and familiarity with industry-standard frameworks like BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
Experience with requirements elicitation and management techniques, including interviews, workshops, surveys, and user stories.
Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), and experience with modeling tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Enterprise Architect.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio, for analyzing and presenting business data and insights.
Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying and analyzing data from relational databases, and experience with database querying tools like SQL Server Management Studio or Oracle SQL Developer.
Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle processes, and experience with collaborating with development teams.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Knowledge of business process automation tools.
