System Administrator L3

You will manage and support complex IT infrastructures, focusing on Microsoft 365 services and on-premises systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems and Windows servers.
• Administer infrastructures including firewalls, databases, malware protection, and network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, and AV servers.
• Monitor systems actively to respond to security or usability concerns.
• Create and verify data backups while resolving helpdesk requests.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and compliance.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, Information Protection, and Compliance Manager.
• Proficiency with VMware and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across all Windows OS and server environments.
• Experience managing SharePoint and Office 365 applications.
• Ability to handle hardware and software issues reported by users.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft or Cisco certifications.
