Clinic Receptionist (Front Desk)

We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist to join our team at German DentAllee Clinic in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional, service-oriented individual who is passionate about patient care and committed to delivering a seamless front-desk experience in a premium healthcare environment.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience aligned with high German dental care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
• Coordinate patient flow with dentists and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic systems
• Process payments and support insurance coordination
• Ensure the reception area is consistently organized and presentable
• Perform general administrative support duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role (healthcare or dental clinic preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or German is an advantage)
• Good computer literacy (MS Office and booking systems)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a healthcare setting
• A professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
