Your New RoleAs a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities while providing a high level of customer service. You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where problem-solving and adaptability are key to success.

Your responsibilities will include

• Coordinating and dispatching customer service calls
• Serving as the main point of communication between drivers, scale operators, and yard teams
• Directing truck activity and providing feedback on material quality
• Monitoring driver hours to ensure compliance with provincial regulations
• Tracking incoming and outgoing orders
• Planning efficient routes based on customer pickup requirements
• Ensuring all safety procedures and operational processes are followed
• What You’ll Need to Succeed
• To be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 2 years of fleet dispatching experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Strong customer service skills with a professional approach
• The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of MTO regulations, border crossing procedures, documentation, and truck/trailer configurations
