Partner Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Represent Gumlet at industry conferences, trade shows, partner events, and networking forums.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with partners, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive qualified lead generation and contribute directly to sales pipeline growth.
• Increase brand visibility through event participation, networking, and partner engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to convert engagements into business opportunities.
• Support partner-led initiatives and co-marketing activities to expand market reach.
• Strengthen Gumlet's ecosystem relationships across domestic and international markets.
• Participate regularly in industry events, workshops, and community outreach programs.

Event Representation and Evangelism

• Represent Gumlet at industry conferences, trade shows, partner events, workshops, and networking forums.
• Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and discussions tailored to target audiences.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Gumlet's value proposition and solutions.
• Build brand awareness and visibility through thought leadership and industry engagement.
• Develop meaningful relationships with prospects, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Lead Generation and Pipeline Contribution

• Generate high-quality leads and business opportunities from events, conferences, and partner engagements.
• Qualify, capture, and manage leads through CRM systems and established workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of opportunities.
• Track and report event performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Consistently contribute to revenue growth through event-led and partner-driven initiatives.

Partner Engagement and Joint Activities

• Represent Gumlet at partner-led programs, co-marketing campaigns, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Build, nurture, and expand relationships with strategic partners and referral sources.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market (GTM) activities to drive mutual business growth.
• Identify new partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.
• Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with partners to maximize collaboration outcomes.

Relationship Building and Follow-Up

• Maintain strong engagement with prospects and partners beyond initial interactions.
• Drive effective post-event and post-meeting follow-ups to influence conversions.
• Support smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities to Sales teams.
• Foster long-term relationships that contribute to recurring business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine event messaging and outreach strategies.
• Share insights on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide feedback from events and partner interactions to improve products, positioning, and campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Engagement, Business Development, Partnerships, or a related role.
• Prior experience in SaaS, Technology, Cloud, or B2B software environments preferred.
• Proven track record of representing a brand externally and generating qualified leads through events and partner channels.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and modern lead management tools.
• Ability to travel regularly for domestic and international events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and product demonstration abilities.
