- Functional) will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning solutions for enterprise clients.
About the Role
The role will focus on translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, optimizing end-to-end supply planning processes, and supporting clients through deployment and stabilization. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8 to 12 Years.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning (Functional) implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze current client supply chain and planning processes and recommend best-practice Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service levels.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide solution options, impact assessments, and recommendations aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud standard capabilities.
- Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements related to supply planning.
- Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user training materials for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning.
- Support system testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities, resolving functional issues and defects in a timely manner.
- Provide post-go-live functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning processes.
Required Skills
- Strong business understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and S&OP/IBP concepts.
- Ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and present solution options clearly and confidently.
- Proven experience working in global, multi-cultural project environments with distributed teams.
- Effective documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in both implementation and support/enhancement environments.
Qualifications
- 8 to 15 Years of relevant experience.
