Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently
• Provide support for banking products, services, and customer inquiries
• Assist customers with credit card-related requests and service issues

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests
• Follow established banking procedures and compliance requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE banking experience (Mandatory)
• Experience in Customer Service and Credit Card Operations
• Strong understanding of banking customer service processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Fluency in English and Hindi or English and Arabic
• Ability to work rotational shifts in a 24×7 operational environment
• Strong customer-focused mindset and service orientation
• Proficiency in computer systems and customer service platforms

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month
