Sales Executive – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online channels.
• Promote the company's interior design, fit-out, renovation, and turnkey solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and property developers.
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful projects.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience in interior fit-out, interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Predered a valid UAE own visa.
