The Role

Receptionist (UAE National)We are pleased to invite applications for the role of Receptionist (UAE National) at Deira International School (DIS). At DIS, the Reception team plays a key role in shaping first impressions and daily experiences. As Receptionist, you will help create a warm, organised, and welcoming environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued. You will be an important part of our Front of House team and the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff, and students
• Provide excellent customer service reflecting school values
• Manage front desk tasks including calls, emails, sign-ins, and enquiries
• Support safeguarding procedures for all visitors
• Communicate clearly with parents and staff
• Maintain accurate reception records and systems
• Work as part of a supportive Front of House team
• Handle information with discretion and professionalism
• Support school events and community activities
• Stay calm and organised in a busy environment
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and school policies
