Customer Service & Sales Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong English proficiency, and previous experience in customer service and sales. Candidates with healthcare industry experience will be preferred.

The candidate must be flexible with shifts and capable of handling customer inquiries while contributing to sales growth.

Work Schedule & FlexibilityMust be flexible with working shifts.

Days off are not fixed and may vary based on operational needs.

Willingness to work both day and night shifts.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including both office-based and remote shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Follow up with leads and contribute to sales activities.
• Promote clinic services and assist in converting inquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Previous sales experience is highly preferred.
• Healthcare/medical clinic experience is preferred.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Comfortable working with targets and sales opportunities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in using computers and customer service systems.
• Must have a valid UAE residence visa (own visa/sponsored visa).
