About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role includes:

Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival.

Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring efficient coordination.

Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standards.

Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately.

Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests.

About You

• The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:2–3 years of experience in hospitality, ideally within an international hotel or luxury service environment
• Role expected to start from September onwards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to anticipating and responding to guest needs
• Well-presented, professional, and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
