As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will serve as the functional bridge between customer requirements, solution design, and development teams, with a focus on government resource planning and public financial management.

You will take ownership of translating complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and specifications, contributing to scalable and sustainable GRP solutions that align with government reform programs.

This position demands deep experience in functional analysis within large, integrated software systems, preferably in GRP, ERP, PFM, or comparable enterprise systems — and a keen ability to understand government fiscal processes, accounting, budget execution, and system integration. This role reports to the Director, R&D Functional Team, and collaborates daily with Development, QA and the Professional Services teams
