Job Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our Administration team. The role involves assisting with local purchasing, basic accounting tasks, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and coordinate with local suppliers.
• Deals with the insurance, renewal of contract and other coordination with externals.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry and follow-up collections.
• Provide general administrative support with other departments, including filing, document preparation, and office coordination.
• Maintaining the warehouse and stock management.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in providing admin support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and purchasing processes is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
