The Role

You will teach Biology across KS3-KS5 (including IGCSE and A-Level or equivalent) within a collaborative Science Department. The role also includes contributing to STEM enrichment and wider departmental initiatives.

You will deliver engaging lessons, inspire curiosity, and support students to achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Biology KS3-KS5

Deliver practical and engaging lessons

Support curriculum development

Monitor and drive student progress

Support practical science work

Contribute to STEM enrichment

Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement

Work collaboratively within the departmentCandidate Requirements

Degree in Biology or related subject

PGCE/BEd or equivalent

Experience teaching KS3-KS5 (A-Level/IB desirable)

Strong academic track record

Passion for science education

Collaborative approach

UK or international curriculum experience preferred
