Oversee all day-to-day site operations across home renovation projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage, coordinate, and supervise subcontractor teams on-site — assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and holding teams accountable to project milestones.

Prepare and manage project estimations, tracking costs and flagging any budget variances early.

Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment, ensuring the right resources are on-site at the right time to avoid project delays.

Liaise closely with suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and negotiating where necessary to keep projects moving efficiently.

Act as the key point of contact between the company, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients — ensuring clear and consistent communication at all times.

Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with regulations.

Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, keeping management informed at every stage. Minimum 3–8 years of experience in site supervision, specifically within home renovation or residential construction.

Proven ability to manage subcontractor teams and third-party suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of project estimations, material procurement, and scheduling.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and coordination skills — able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
