HR Manager (Manpower Company)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our well-established manpower supply company operating across the UAE. | Candidates must meet the following criteria: | Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in the UAE. | Experienced in conducting online and in-person interviews. | Proven experience in manpower supply, recruitment, and workforce management. | Thorough knowledge of MEP , Civil and Steel Fabrication trades and workforce requirements. | Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures. | Ability to manage large workforces deployed across multiple client sites. | Experience handling visa processing, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR compliance. | Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. | Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems. | Valid UAE driving license; candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred.
