Service Manager

About the Role

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an After Sales Service Manager to join their team in the UAE. As an After Sales Service Manager, you will report to senior management and be responsible for leading service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and driving operational efficiency across the service department.

The ideal candidate will have strong service operations leadership, customer relationship management, and inventory & vendor control expertise, which will align successfully within the organisation.About the Requirements

Operations Management

• Manage and supervise all service department activities, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections
• Ensure efficient workflow planning and timely completion of service jobs
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and effectively handle escalated customer concerns
• Monitor customer feedback, analyse service KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
• Control service department costs, minimise wastage, and optimise inventory turnover

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in service operations or after-sales management within automotive, machinery, or equipment sectors
• Strong leadership, customer-handling, and vendor negotiation skills
