Role Overview

Do you thrive on opening doors, leading complex negotiations, and closing high-value deals?

In this role, you will actively grow the Canadian market by identifying, shaping, and winning strategic opportunities. Your mandate is clear: build pipeline, secure contracts, and drive territory growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value opportunities
• Develop and execute contract strategies to win provincial tenders and GPO agreements
• Lead strategic negotiations and close high-impact deals
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and growth targets
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Identify market gaps and drive expansion of market share across provinces
• Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers, customers, and key opinion leaders
• Actively manage the territory (Canada; 50–70% travel) to drive engagement and close business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Health Sciences or Nuclear Medicine5–7 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industries
• Proven success in new business development and complex B2B sales environments
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
• Excellent pipeline management, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate in both French and English due to client interactions outside Quebec
