Role Description

The Party Host / Kids Entertainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role involves welcoming guests, leading games and activities, managing party schedules, and ensuring children are entertained and safe throughout events.

The Party Host / Kids Entertainer sets up and breaks down party areas, coordinates with team members on decorations and supplies, and assists with serving food and beverages as needed. Daily tasks include engaging with children and caregivers, handling basic customer inquiries, and supporting sales of party packages and add-on services.

The role requires a friendly, energetic presence and a professional approach to delivering high-quality experiences at every event.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage children and families and respond to guest needs professionally.
• Experience in Training or leading groups, such as facilitating kids’ activities, games, or workshops.
• Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service and hygiene practices in a party or hospitality setting.
• Sales skills to promote party packages, upsell additional services, and support booking inquiries.
• Previous experience in children’s entertainment, events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including weekends and peak event hours, with a high level of reliability and punctuality.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to safety, and the ability to manage multiple tasks during busy events.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
