Freelance Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

About Us

THE WINGS ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS is a Dubai-based engineering consultancy providing Architectural Design, Interior Design, Structural Design, MEP Design, Authority Approvals, and Project Management services across the UAE.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients including property owners, developers, contractors, and businesses.
• Generate leads for architectural, interior design, engineering consultancy, and authority approval services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into projects.
• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and business development goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience in the construction, engineering, architecture, interior design, or real estate industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Existing network within the UAE construction or real estate sector is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
