Role Description The Operations Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for guiding and enhancing operational performance across assigned business units or portfolio companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements in workflows, resource allocation, and productivity.

The role involves coaching managers and teams on best practices, facilitating training sessions, and supporting implementation of standard operating procedures. The Operations Coach will monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports and action plans, and collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

This position also requires close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to support change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or business optimization within corporate or investment environments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and guide teams at different levels of the organization.
• Experience working with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting to drive informed operational decisions.
• Solid understanding of change management principles and organizational development practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving business needs.
