About the Role

We’re looking for Remote L3/L4 IT Support Engineers who thrive in fast-paced MSP environments and enjoy solving complex technical challenges. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support Office 365 migrations and deployments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
• Design, deploy, and support modern desktop environments, including Intune-based device management
• Manage and optimize Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, etc.)
• Implement and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable IT environments
• Collaborate closely with project and support teams to ensure smooth post-deployment operations
• Create and maintain clear, structured technical documentation

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across Windows and macOS environments
• Experience with Windows Server technologies, including AD, GPO, and DNS Tech You’ll Work With:
